Charge of $20 appeared on Verizon landline bill. What is this company anyhow? Unknown

Just opened my bill from Verizon today. $20 was charged by hbs.com. Since I have auto withdrawal, I knew nothing 'till the monthly Verizon statement came. Who and what are these thieves? I see I'm not the only one being scammed. Per my Verizon statement, this... Company? Might be withdrawing $20 monthly from now on. This is terrible. Where did they come from? I'll bet it's Texas, Russia, Mexico or African country. These hackers seem to be the most prevalent globally.
