Their site promises "Please email Crayton Technology with any issue. We answer all emails within 48hrs. Cs2@craytonelectronics.com" however they won't answer my mail.
They delivered me a faulty telephone, after I approached them per above to obtain an change, which their site guarantees, there is no response in 12 times. I've repeatedly sent them-but nevertheless no reaction after 14 days. Evidently they consider your cash and work. Don't make use of this organization, the things they are doing is illegal.
