I feel I was also a victom of internet computer fraud in an innocent attempt to get my teeth a little whiter. I logged into the website and read a lot of information, did not see any place where it said I would be charged for a fitness club membership. I cancelled my subscription within one hour after I found the website reported here on usacomplaints.com. The rep said they cannot stop the shipment once the order is placed. It is shipped anyway and I have 14 days to return it to their warehouse or be charged 87 dollars. I followed the instructions to return the package insured to Aurora Colorado. It stated that they recommend you get a tracking number but I assumed that a cancellation number along with the order number written on the outside of the package I insured would get it there. Then after I sent the package back, I called a few days later and the rep told me they can ONLY trace the package with a tracking number, the one from the postal service that I did not ask for. Later I got another charge of 25 dollars for a fitness club membership. I work on computers for a living and I have never seen such a deceptive website. I could not go back to find any "opt out" option and did not see anywhere that I had been enrolled in any memberships. I was being charged for them on my credit card anyway. They never found the package and I never recieved any re-imbursement so all I can say is that I will never do business with this company and will file complaints every place I can find to do so. I will also go to the dentist to get my teeth whitened. This is probably a good case for internet fraud at its best.
