They took money out off my account without authorization

About 3xpweb Solutions I Had never been scammed like that and I would never forget. They make you believe you going to make money. With an online store, You first get charged $125.00 dollars this cover the website and 100 products. They ask you to send a form with your credit card number signed thru fax. This is the first time you feel scam, you don't give your credit card number to nobody like that. You pay thru PayPal or another merchant account. Their excuse was they will take money every month from the account to pay membership so they needed an account on file. They can do that thru a merchant account easily. They have partnership with drop shipper doba that's how you get the products downloaded in your website, I wasn't happy when I so the web store. It wasn't an updated platform and to sell in the market you need things updated this its second time, you feel scam the problem came later I was interested in downloading apparel and I did it. I called a company name PPC wizard to do Google adwords. This take a week or so, You also set up merchant accounts, this take 3 o 4 days 10 days are gone before you get to see anything. I did not have too much experience and I only had 10 days to cancel agreement. A couple of weeks later my girlfriend from Colombia tried to purchase some items from the site but, It was impossible to get a desired size, every Style had only one size. There was no drop down window to pick up a size. I called them and they said stay away from clothing, Try to sell another stuff there's hundreds of product at there I was sure this was scam already these was the third time but, I had paid all that money ok I'll give it a try again It wasnt the deal you don't get a service with technical problems why should I do this if everything smell trouble the guy sounded convincing ok lets try electronics. Then I notice too many products didn't have proper description, I copied some products name dropped them in Google with the cheapest price possible. And I found many stores with same products a lot cheaper with free shipping this means products can't compete. I Wonder do you really think you are going to get real deal and whole sale price to compete with stores like best buy Wal-Mart etc you might sell some stuff by getting a person who don't have knowledge but, Your only allow to sell inside USA and this people Know how to search in internet. They grow up with the computers. Last Wednesday company Visible.net called me to check my website, The guy asked me why I was selling electronics, Why don't try to sell something different. It's true I said I can't compete. Then they offer me to build a site map. Beautiful explanation But, how you are going to compete with those prices. Maybe I need to up grade to 10 000 product store more product more chances, that afternoon I called 3xpweb solution costumer service to find more products to the store then a woman named Marie called me back and I told her I had talked to visible.net guys and she got mad she said this people are under another name they had such a bad reputation, They had to change their name because they had no credibility then, We changed subject and talked about more products. I could make more money she said, by selling accessories then any other stuff and promise to send 1100 visitor to my store in two month plus 5000 more products for $1150.00 dollars. First 1100 visitors in two month it's nothing thats 19 per day the worse website has that amount of visitor per day. We agree she wouldn't charge my card until I faxed a form signed next day by fax authorizing this payments. That night I couldn't sleep well thinking all she said about visible.net and I took a decision to cancel every thing. Good business people dont talk like that I got up to check in goggle 3xpweb solutions and found one behind another consumer complaintss.in the morning I called 3xpweb and left a message for Marie saying don't touch my account this was last Saturday today Monday morning I checked my account and they had effectible charged for $1150 I when crazy and stared calling them in my way to the bank as soon as I started pulling all records I found a payment off 500 dollars unauthorized and s 1150 on hold until the 17th also unauthorized I left the bank and went back home calling this people again they don't want to know about anything and called the police on mi in my town Cleona PA. They told police I had made terrorist threats about blowing up their building police its waiting for recordings of this threats they better be true. They also said to police I could get a drop down window for sizes at any time. Just by paying it would cost me more money and they will build it for me. Lies part of the game its miss information they never called you to help or coaching if they call you it's to ask you for money to send people to your site, today days must people block cookies how this work she explained and I couldn't understand that was 10 years ago today you need a site map to inform Google what's in store, After I comeback from police station I found the following message 15:06 pacific time 18:06 my time this means they Emailed it after the conversation with police and they promise my card wouldn't be charged. You can see under fax number where it say please sign this form and fax it that's how you pay to them you put your credit card number in a piece of paper signed
