Invaded my computer forcing me to purchase a security tool and service to clean it up. They rippedoff from my visa 129.95$ The contact information doesn't exist, the tool icon doesn't work

On December 8, I was working checking my facebook messages, when suddenly a new window popped out with security tool message saying that my computer had 26 suspected virus. I tried to check with my MCafe security system but it didn't let me do it. Then when I ignored them and closed the window it kept popped out till I accepted their service and bought the life time clean up service.in the contract is stated that you have 30 days to cancel and receive the money back.
Yesterday I ran the MCafe security system finding out that nothing has been performed on my computer since the last time that MCafe performed the regular check out. So, I sent and e-mail to noreply@supportwebcenter.com, but it was returned with a failure notice. Then I checked on line and to my surprice the only related information found was about other people like me that were rippedoff, too.
I'm going to file a dispute with visa provider. I am also willing to be part of any fraud complain if would be filed for other custumers.
