Replacement Ink Cartridges Sent Expiring in December

HP sent me 40 replacement ink cartridges in November that expire in December. ISB Escalation team has an employee named [removed] that gave me so much grief. She gave me 70% of the value of the ink that sent to them. Then replaced the cartridges with expiring ones. When I respond, I am told that my case is closed. How can a company treat customers like this? I received $1600 of expiring cartridges. Of course, they email me to tell me.
