Charges you a $1, but then lots of charge later extra

I was looking into getting involve with an Internet business. The NewRichReport.com was sign up trial only $1. So I'm new to this stuff. I filed it all out.
I was finally allow on website after paying this $1. After viewing website. I decided I did not like the looks of all it was. So I never filled out for all the stuff it want you to fill in for. Web site, training, mentoring and they were ready to take you down big path.
Well it appeared to me that all this charges they wanted like website and mentoring was sort of a sucker you in scam for more money. So I did not fill out for website. I just decided I didn't want to do.
Well all of a sudden I'm being charge all these charges not website but other charges that I did not agree to. I tried to contact someone including this so call sponsor but email just come back unable to contact anyone. I even tried customerservice @NewRichReport.com and that email came back unable to deliver.
Could use help on help to contact the unreachable it like you are sign in to this money sucking computer that can not be contacted. If anyone can help please help.
