Mypaysystems.com charged my bank account thru Visa debit card twice on the same day for a service I didn't get. This charge was supposed to be for MyAuctionbiz.Biz. No such website

I ordered a video course on the internet for an instructional course on E-Bay selling. MyAuctionbiz.Biz, gave me a phoney website. Couldn't get in. Tried to contact them several times. Dead end phone #. Then I got my bank statement. Two charges of $39.00 on the same day. Tried to contact the telephone # for the charges. Just answering machine. Will contact my bank and stop charges. # for MyPaySystems is 1 888 751 0744. Tried to contact on the internet. Now they want my bank account #. This is a scam. Notice on this site that this has happened to several others.
