Finance charge?

When i applied for this card i was under a lot of stress. My dog who is a famly member (a small fox terrier) was dieing, and i had taken him to the vet to ease his suffering. I am on a fixed income, reteried and social security security is the only income comeing in. More than one third goes to house payments, and the rest to medical, food, house hold bills, insurence on car and not much left over after all that, i cant even afford proper insurance for my medical bills and got stuck with what tey call a dounthole in my 300. A mouth pill need. Live or die. Any way when i took out the card for my pet, i promised my self to pay as much as i could, the payment set up from gemoney bank was to be 64.00 a mounth. The bal on the medical bill was 1,257.14 for my vet bill, so i thought i could afford 100. A mounth and pay it off as soon as i could, well other problems occured during this time and i ran short of cash, so i used the card a couple of times for meds. Food, and at one point i had to use 200. To help make a house payment. Not relizing that the gemoney bank was goeing to charge me 30%interest if i didnt pay off the full amount with in what they call a permotional period. My bal. Went from all the 100. And on time payments of 1,380. To 1,898.37. What a deal. They knew what they were doeing. So i asked that even if i would have made the requeied payment of 64.00 i still would not have made the dedline that was requeied not to end up where i am. I made bigger payments never missed and still ended up in the hole. Wonder who made out like a bandent now. All the banks are the same, shame on them. Nowonder any one cant get ahead, or out of debt. The banks and lone co. Keep it goeing. I hope the goverment steps in and stops the abuse.
