Aig software boston don't buy... Beware... Complete scam... Don't be so dispereate!

This company is a complete RIPOFF!!! I spent over four hours trying to install this software. Those hours include, downloading the software, installing winzip, reading the unclear manual, emailing their technical support depart, calling my bank, calling my cell phone provider's tech support dept, trying to find someone online who has actually installed this program successfully, and calling my bank back to close my account credit card account & dispute the charges. Normally I would say F it and take the lost, but I was really looking forward to using this program.

It's unfortunate that I didn't do extensive research prior to purchasing this software. The website is misleading. After I read a few comments on varies sites, I felt like a complete idiot.

With that being said, this company is a complete scam. Don't waste your time purchasing this product. The sad part about all of this is I heard about the service on the morning news. I would have never thought I could tap into someone else's phone after watching the dismostration.

Bottom-line! Do not purchase any spy equipment online!!! If you have to purchase spy equipment then it's time to let that person go.

One more thing, the clause in their terms & agreements state they will charge the consumer, $10k for chargebacks...

Word of advice, try to dispute the charge the same day the purchase was made.
