Billing credit cards with no explanation, locks accounts when you complain

We had a client previously hosted with a company bought out by Interland. When Interland bought out the old company, they charged us $50 for something, but could never explain what the charge was for. Managers never return phone calls. I finally disputed the charge with the credit card company.
So, they locked the client's account. We can't make any changes. The credit card company made the reversal permanent, but Interland still will not provide service or support for the client's account.
Will never do business with them again.
