Overbilling on company credit card

Your 2-year agreement authorized in 2006 with Interland hosting to get a little specific site had been managed nicely till Web.com purchased Interland.

Usually we're hesitant to permit suppliers to place continuing costs on our organization charge card, but Interland had operated responsively for quite some time.

While Web.com got over payment this season, a of our charge card claims confirmed that people have been billed significantly more than increase the cost we caught for. We named to request a reason, and were rebuffed: we'd to "start a solution". Previously, we were usually ready to talk straight and instantly with Interland about payment: no such luck with Web.com.

Although they did return the surplus costs, we no further sense we are able to trust this business. There appears to be a disconnect between their numerous divisions, and nobody is in control.
