I purchased a pair of boots from this company. They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I purchased.
I received the boots and found the stitching loose and pulled, I found glue marks on different sections of the boots. They look poor in quality.
I responded immediately, they informed me I will have to pay the shipping charges. They also then informed me that they ship their products out of china.
No text on the entire web site indicates or says they ship their products from china. I never would have purchased.
