What a scam, they give you nothing

I should have known the minutes I hit the button for the special $19.95 offer. I searched one record and I never got to view the results. Like other posting it takes you to another link that wants to to sign up for another 4.95 or something offer.
By the time they processes my receipt, about 15 mins later, my $19.95 offer ended up charging me $45 and change.
Interesting how the site has no instructions on "how to cancel at any time". I have written everyday and they still have not responded.
