There's many trainings over the phone involved with many differentproject managers, this can make it very confusing and time consuming.

Many times you are emailing requested information and multitasking as you're communicating with staff members.
After work you are sometimes still sending out information on your owntime because the company doesn't want to pay for anything but trainingsand phone calls.

There is a delayed reaction sometimes in there database for callingphone numbers, this had made it difficult sometimes to get through thenumbers, it takes too long to change the page to dial the numbers on thescreen.

My hourly after working for them after all the time has come to littlemore than $2 an hour, great money if you live in a third world countrybut not in America.
