Got the product was defective tried to send it back didn't get refund

I got the item no problem right? Wrong!!! It was defective so I inquired about sending it back and getting a refund. I got the email to send it back and a replacement would be sent.

I sent the item with a delivery confirmation tag to make sure they got it back. I chacked to make sure they did get it back and after one or two days and not hearing from them I contacted them again. No answer.

I contacted them again and no answer. I don't have any way to get my money back and now they have disabled the site.

I am hoping no one else got ripped off by them but I know they did. I just wish I had looked into their site before buying from them.
