Signed up for Internet Banking 11Sept09. Did my first on-line transaction with an Australian Government site (pay a parking fine) and my bank statement shows the parking fine debit and another amount of $119.14 with the following entry:
V4735 12/11 REALGOLDSOFT BAKU 74046109316
MISCELLANEOUS DEBIT EFTPOS TRANS VALUE
I have never paid any money to a company by this name and I have no idea how they have done this. My Avast Anti-Virus did not report any virus problems and I have 30 years of IT experience.
