No refund - no item

I requested a background stay out of this site and after 3 months (even though site stated it had been in-stock) it nevertheless hadn't appeared. I named and requested in order for them to stop the stay when I required one quickly to get a photoshoot. Even today (11/18/09) I've not obtained a credit compensation and also the purchase was positioned/ended in September!!! Additionally, a vacation infant poser hasn't been obtained. DON'T ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE, even though people about the phone were ethical - their support continues to be terrible.
