They don't only not give you support but there prices are always different it all depends on which staff member you get a reply from, and as far as understanding your questions, well all they do is cut and paste answers from a que sheet and always the wrong answer, you might get one out of ten questions answered correctly.

So stay away from them specially if you are a novice.
