Apple ID Security Questions impossible to manage

I cannot connect to the Itunes store as a new user because I cannot remember answers to the security questions.
And there is absolutely no option to reset them Apple Support has been no help. What do I do?
Have spent countless hours trying all options and am stuck.
Very user - unfriendly and not what I expect from Apple!
