Om day one trivium has been nothing more then a fraud as they explained to me how the install was to be simple and could be done in 10 minues which was a lie, next they never answered the phone when issues arrised as we never even used the system and spent a enormous amount of money with our it guy to figure out which was impossible. Bottom line after calling for almost 3 months and finally getting thru the owner mathews maniloor said he did not want any problems and would issue me a check (refund) immediately same day oct. 24th. After not recieving for almost three weeks i tried to get thru by email, cell, office, msg. S with receptionist, etc. He got on phone and said he never sent as of yet but would do so same day and email me check #, tracking #, etc. As i told him i sent my full name and address to him as the business had moved and do not have bank account i had originally he said no problem he would write check manually and mail out to address of 15 fox lane lake grove, ny 11755 as of thursday morning i recieve a email stating he refunded monies to accty that is closed and do not have any longer so again he is playing games. I insist he makes my check out immediately and mails to address above asap and until he does i will continue to write to all to let know exactly what type of company they are and to stay away - rather then seeing we had issues and saying no problem let me right you out your check and good luck - no he insist on playing games and is being nothing more then a con man - stay away and go do business with a reputable company - stay away unless you do not want your money and service because that is exactly what you would wind up with i care about people and do not want to see anyone else hurt -

Your desired resolution:
a full refund immediately in the form of check and/or to my current bank account at td bank. Which ever but it must be done 11/12 as it is already a month past due
