Erts poor server support. Virtually impossible to play games online. Such as bfbc2

Ea games often does not support their online gameplay in a fashion that will allow you to play a "normal" game. I have always had problems with lag in almost all of their games. This is ongoing with ea. They take our money for the games then make it virtually impossible to play them. I would venture a guess that 75% of the game is online "vs." modes, and its not possible to play. Im currently using battlefield bad company 2 as an example. If you complain too much on their website, they often delete blogs. They seem to be doing absolutely nothing about this current problem. Its been going on for months. I WANT MY MONEY BACK EA! I am beyond upset! I think a class action lawsuit to get refunds for all games, all platforms is in order.
