Thatt-shirtsite.com Charged my Credit Card 5 months ago an did not ship t-shirts

In June I ordered 2 t-shirts to be delivered in 5-7 days of purchase. Nothing! When I checked back, my items indicated processing. This has gone on for several months. No valid telephone or address. Only email correspondence. I have emailed several times with no response.
I searched the internet for other information referencing my problem and found nothing until I reached this site and found other folks have been scammed.
If you have been able to contact these folks or get a refund, I would like to hear from you.
