Salviasociety.org, Lies, poor service and potentially dangerous product

First of all, this business ships salvia to states that have banned it. The reputable salvia sites refuse to do this. Unfortunately, I did not know my state was a "banned state" until after ordering due to the lack of such information on this poorly laid out and confusing site.in fact, the first thing I saw was a statement assuring me salvia is legal under Federal law. A bit misleading and the information on which states were banned could have easily been included under this statement but it was not.

The problem in my case is that it apparently was never shipped. First I received excuses that were unconvincing and actually insulted my intellligence. After repeated emails to determine the whereabouts of my order, suddenly my emails went unanswered. I could find no phone number for this company anywhere. Long story short, product never arrived and since I was worried about the legalities of the transaction, I never pursued a chargeback with my credit card company. I suspect they knew this and that is why my emails were ignored. Thank God all I lost was $39.95. It could easily have been a much more expensive lesson.
