Austin Jones Threatening legal action, threatening to take everything I own

I received a call from Austin Jones stating that I was being sued for Internet Fraud and that my SSN had been tagged. They refused to send me any paperwork substantiating what they were claiming, but if my lawyer contacted them, then they would provide the information.

I had to tell them 4 times that I did not want to settle out of court and that I would be contacting a lawyer. They also stated that the references I had listed were also in danger of being sued, even though they never contacted my references when I applied for the loan.

I went through all of my bank statements and they were paid back on the agreed upon dates and it has been over 6 months since my last loan with them. They are very rude and can barely speak understandable English. They called me at work and were very threatening.
