Horrifying experience

Terrified to see the estimates about QS Supples. Requested toilet gear, which they stated they'd 5 in-stock. While attempted to monitor purchase - nothing. Called 24 hours later. They stated we'd need to delay 4 - 6 months. It was undesirable once we require the gear immediately. Terminated the purchase, requested for instant return. Stated they'd return. Five days later and numerous telephone calls - nothing. Talked to MO who appears to operate anything - claims he's likely to form it out - band back - email etc - NOTHING. This sort of organization provides internet-shopping an extremely bad name. Do not move near them!
