ZML, con YES, happend to me too - they charge with no permission and will not refund - I got an email saying they will refund and it might take up to 5 nusiness days but nothing came New York

ZML together with IN2Video.net ripped me off - upgrade with no permission and charge your account for 2 time $39.9. Then I wrote an angry mail and got a reply that the will refund me within 5 business days and refunded me with just 1* $39.9. So over all they took $39.9 with no permission with out giving any service!!! Stay away!!
