Customer service, refused to cancecel service

The web site building organization in the hole. I registered due to their advanced site building package. I came across that their item was not likely to fulfill my requirements. I attempted to get hold of them to stop my purchase but might never have them... You can only just contact them by mail and they'll never return to you. These were ignoring me but still getting my bill. I delivered atleast 5 emails to stop however they never replied in my experience... I ultimately transformed my account figures plus they are still delivering me emails informing me that they can proceed to charge my bill...
