Shadowshopper took money from my account and won"t let me change information!

After signing up with shadowshopper.com i bought a trail account for $5 dollars.in the agreement it states that after your 30 days your account will be renewed to the $99.99 dollar one, however if you dont want your account to renew you can change that option in you "my information" section.in this section there is NO WHERE you can change your information, but only a button you can click which will charge your account for $24.99 more dollars!!! I did get $60 of my $99 back, but this site still has all my card information and i still cant cancel my account, WHCIH I ASKED TO HAVE DONE! Now im down almost $40 still and i cant take my information or even EDIT my account option to cancel it. I recommend this site to no one!
