Angela and James hakim with TwitterScripts.net and imagineweb.ca did not deliever on custom script

Ordered a customized version of the twitter reminder script which they said would cost $50. I sent that via paypal and the communication with me stopped. I sent 3 emails over 3 weeks and no response. I then filed a dispute with Paypal but paypal would not honor the dispute because the product was intangible. Although it wouldn't have hurt if paypal could have just made them put a download link in the resolution center at paypal or send the files via email to me with a cc to paypal customer server person. Either way would have verified that I have received the files.

Bottom line is I paid for but never received the customized script I ordered. Both Paypal and Twitterscripts have successfully stolen $50 dollars from me and at this point it is not the money but the principle.
