Started charging my c/c for small monthly fee, yet I have never done business with them

I saw this charge on my c/c for this company I had never heard of before. $4.97. I called them up and they told me that "my bank" had already terminated "my contract", so I didn't have to do anything further. I have never logged onto their site and have never phoned them before this time. It actually seems strange they can randomly charge my c/c.

I will have to wait until next month to see if they charge it again. Certainly seems like a scam to me when I see so many other people reporting the same thing. I just wanted to add my voice.
