Logo Vantage, LLC Internet Scam, ID theft, credit card theft!

I used this company about a year ago to design a logo design for my company and they actually did a good job then, but when I contacted them to design another logo for a different company, their response to my request was HORRIBLE! On Saturday, September 26th I purchased a logo design package from this company at $149.00. According to the site information, the initial concepts were supposed to be completed and sent to me for review and changes within 3-4 days. That time period cam and went, I never heard from the company, so I called the number listed on their website and left 2 messages at 2 different times and no one ever bothered to contact me, so I filled out a work request via their contact information on the site, but no one ever got back with me. I went back into my old emails and found an email address for the owner named Victor, I emailed Victor (Vic) and he responded and said that he would look into the matter. I replied to his email and attached the billing statement that was generated by their site when I made the purchase, but after that, no one ever got back to me to say what happened! I made other email attempts to contact these people, but they have contacted me at all! Finally, I got feed-up with their BS and contacted the BBB, RTC, NJ Atty General and the local Police Dept to report this crime, because my credit card was charged, they have all my information and I never received the logo design they charged me for. Do not deal with this company unless you want to get screwed in the process. The company has two addresses listed: Logo Vantage 12 Cable St, Montiville, NJ 07045-9411 and 121 Hawkins Place, Suite #320, Boonton, NJ 07005. They do not answer phones or return calls or emails. They will charge your credit card and not perform the services you purchased. They aslo claim to do websites, but trust me, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
