Movieclubonline.com. Ripoff did not authorize charge internet

On Novenber a great deal of personal information was stolen from me. This info included my email address and password. I was not aware of the info being stolen until January when AmSouth Bank mailed my monthly statement. One particular charge was to a site called movieclubonline.com. I had never heard of such a company. The charge was for $125.05. The remainder of the other charges were reversed after I filed a complaint with the Yazoo County Sheriff Department and completed an Affidavit of Forgery at the Local AmSouth Bank.in February the $125.05 was credited back to my checking account.

I received a letter dated June 3 from AmSouth and a representative named Dell Walker stating I had authorized some one to use my debit card for the transation and the proof was in my email address because the only way they could use my email is if they had acces to my password. I am permanently disabled. I cannot afford $125.05 to be debitd from my account along with overdraft fees totalling at this point $58.00. They won't listen to reason and has blown me off. CyberShop1. Did the billing and could care less as well.
