AOL Autovantage should rename their company as Auto-takes advantage of AOL consumers deceptive company Norwalk Connecticut

I am an AOL internet customer and I do not normally complain about too much but I am sorely disappointed and upset with AOL and their parent company named - (Trilegiant Corporation / AOL Travelers / Autovantage).

The reason is that one of their telemarketers called me at a very chaotic time in my life, and literally forced me into trying this Autovantage crap.

I barely remember the conversation but 3 months later on May 13, my checking account was deducted in the amount of $89.99!

I was so upset and was wondering why I had a few checks to get returned, and the problem was AOL and I called their customer service and this woman gave me a long speech saying that I had a trial membership for 3 months and that it was up by a few days and they automatically billed me for the said $89.99.

I told her that I didn't want it and that I never did want it and that I wanted my money back and she said that she apologized but she was not authorized to refund me my money, etc.

Next, she promised to send me some free airline tickets & that I would not billed anymore until June. So, out of frustration, and since I was at work and could not get too loud I just said goodbye and that was it. (I still have not received any packet or discounts from them)

It has been another month and I was billed another $79.99 and I was checking my account and found out that it was from AOL Travelers! What is really going on? I called them and threatened to sue and after speaking with a supervisor, they reversed the $79.99 in about 3 days!

I have not used and will not use this service but I want my $89.99 reimbursed to me for it is not fair to be cheated and scammed into purchasing something by these pushy telemarketers from hell at AOL... They are worse than a bill collector!

I hate the day that I ever heard of AOL anything!

Can you help me please!!
