Ecampus
A Book Company, LLC, I sold numerous textbooks books on Ecampus.com They stole $2,100 from me

Internet & Web

On May I set up an account on ecampus.com to selltextbooks.in one month, I sold 58 bookson ecampus.com which generated $2100 in sales. Since my textbook titles were all the immediate previouseditions to their corresponding current editions, I advertised my books under theircurrent edition ISBN stating that the previous edition was highly similar toits current edition and will work for the buyers coursework. This is a factual claim as publishers makefew changes from one edition to the next outside the cover of the book. The benefitbuy from me for 40% of the costof the current edition, and receive the previous edition book that is 90-98%the same as its current. ECampus emailed me after I sold $2100 worth of books and stated all funds allocated to you have beenforfeited. Meaning, they took and keptmy $2100 in sales. They claimed that mycomparing the previous edition to the current edition under the current editionISBN was a serious violation of their policy. However, they admitted that the verbiage of said violation wasnt addedto their web sites policy section until after they forfeited my $2100. I can understand ecampus.com desiring their sellers toconform to their platform standards, but to steal my sales because theydisagree with my selling strategy is theft, plain and simple. And to add an addendum to their listingpolicy AFTER they forfeit my sales is sinister, immoral, and illegal. I offered to settle for $550 to recoup part of mycosts. At this point, they began to ignoreand block my emails. I would steer clear from ecampus.com. Countless complaints have been logged withthe BBB and Kentucky State Attorney Generals office regarding ecampus. Coms badbusiness practices, theft, and sheer incompetence.
