Scam! Bogus Merchandise! Internet

I purchased CS4 Photoshop from this company (I looked for any bad reviews and couldn't find any... At the time). The program wouldn't upload when put in, I had to go in to the actual folder to get it to upload. Then the product key wouldn't work. I emailed the company and they gave me a new product code. They have now given me 3 new codes, and none of them work.
We tried to go to Paypal to get our money back, but they won't cover it. We went to our credit card and they said that we had to mail it back before they could remove/open a claim on it.
