Complete scam. I was granted a refund by site that wouldnt work on my computer. When i sent request to CCBILL, they refused to refund my money, even when i sent them the e-mail from site authorizing it

I was granted a refund from a site i couldnt access on my computer. When i sent the e-mail stating i was to be giving a refund from the site, CCBILL still refused to refund my money. Even after CCBILL told me the site had to authorize the refund. Which they did.ccBILL wants to know nothing about it, only to steal my money with every excuse there is.ccBILL is in colution with adult sites to rip hard working people out of there cash. If only i had known before that CCBILL has hundreds of people with the same complaint not to mention tons more with complaints from just about everything from these crooks.
