Rip-off. I have no idea how this company got my account info

I observed charges on my last two credit card statements for $7.00 to this company - WLI ReservationRewards. My credit card listed their phone number (888-688-5995), which I used to complain to them.

The customer rep indicated that an Internet purchase I made in February gave them permission to charge my account. After she could not identify the item I purchased, nor the website I purchased it from, I told her this all sounds fraudulent.

To her credit, she indicated ALL charges will be credited back to my account. I will have to wait until my next billing to see if this in fact happens.

Beware - I have no idea how this company got my account info. I never recieved ANY written agreement to their services, either by e-mail or snail mail. The very fact that they cannot prove just how I gave them my authorization reaks of fraud!
