I requested the ground cleaning item by 'telephone and my charge card data obtained. I had been informed it'd deliver via Fed Show within 1 business-day (order put 11/22/08). After waiting until 11/26, I visited their site and discover it's back-ordered! Why did not the client support consultant inform me that at that time of purchasing? I experimented with contact nowadays, 11/28, and was informed work was shut. I believe this can be a "shoe string" procedure that'll not maintain company too much time as of this price.
