Alex Cooper - Steve Sujith - List galaxy - Data Champions completley ignored requests for resolution to purchased data list. THis company is a total scam, and their lists are worthless

Wow. I wish we had found this site before loosing our $3,500.00 to the sixchannels scam. Multiple stories on this site, and all are exactly like ours. Do not send this company a check, wire or otherwise. They will take your money, give you some bogus list, and then refuse to take calls or respond to emails regarding their guarantee which is posted on their website.

We agreed to purchase 16,000 email leads from Alex Cooper from Sixchannels, with a guarantee of 70% for email delivery and 90% other data, exactly as indicated in the other complaint scenarios. Of the 16,000 provided, only 4,300 went through— a horrific 75% failure rate. We made contact numerous times about their GUARENTEE, and Alex cooper ran us in circles, failed to respond, failed to return phone calls, etc.

We asked numerous times to get the issue esculated with no luck, even sent letters and faxes-no response.

Of course the only way they would deliver the list is if we overnighted a check or wired the money in advance. He was such a smooth salesman, and we fell for it-Never again.

DO NOT do business with this company, we think the whole operation is a fraud. We are reaching out to the attorney general and others to try and put a stop to the fraudulent operation.

PLEASE READ THE OTHER RIP OFF REPORTS ON THIS COMPANY, Maybe we can all get together one day and have a beer over the fact of how stupid we all were to get ripped off like this.
