Scam and cheating

I around paid a classic Verizon consideration $300 long ago in April. I can't appear to get one to work with me with obtaining my cash back. The final moment I named I had been guaranteed it had been looked after as well as got a confirmation number. After I still didnot get my reimbursement I offered them the verification number they didnot contain it on document!!! They keep showing me they "cannot find a merchant account under that bill number" but I keep obtaining the claims within the email displaying me my credit due

Just how can a business not have the ability to pull-up somebody's consideration from the bill number or bill quantity? Just how can they provide a verification number that's not genuine? What do they believe I am likely to do? Give up obtaining my $300. I really donot feel so. $300 continues to be lots of cash in my experience. I am not likely to disappear. I'd like my Y@cking cash!
