Poor service

Chihost.com may be the worst I Have undergone in my own 10 years of spending hosts. They recently downright declined to assist me until I settled more regular costs. Moreover, they wont return my bill.

Every time they created a large host change, I endured. Our documents could be transferred to some other IP plus they'd demand they did not change something. Once they made changes for their mail setup, I really could no further get emails from ebay or paypal. It was never solved, and so I began spending a much better organization to host a website for email. They've a significant amount of downtime, and would not tell me about this. I would get a lot of emails from ebay customers and my website visitors that no pictures were displaying or even the websites were eliminated.

Online customer care might get times, in the place of units or hours. Their assistance isn't any longer completely in america. I had been a faithful client for way too many decades. Find hosting elsewhere!
