PushTraffic - John P Raygoza
C. This company took my money but did not deliver services as agreed, missed two out of three coaching sessions. PushTraffic Scammed me for $5000 and Gave Nothing in Return. Did not show for two of the first three coaching sessions

Internet & Web

On May 14, someone identifying himself as Jeff Alderson telephoned me and, through high pressure and promises that I later found to be not valid, convinced me to agree to receive services from PushTraffic that would mke me a lot of money quickly at a cost of $5000. That amount was charged to my credit card. I had previously bought things from Jeff Alderson and found them to be good and good value. Therefore, I had a good bit of trust in Jeff.

However, something didn't ring true and after the telephone call I began to do some due diligence after the fact. My research showed that I should not have agreed to do business with Pushtraffic. I telephoned PuchTraffic back within the hour to state my position and request a cancellation of the charge.

I could not reach Jeff Alderson but did talk with Harwood Hamilton who said he was the customer service representative. He told me that some of the things promised by the supposed Jeff Alderson were not going to happen. I demanded a refund but Hamilton would not cancel the charge and asked me to stand by for a call from John Raygoza, CEO of PushTraffic, Inc.

Raygoza did not call me.instead, someone identifying himself as Theo Molina, general manager of PushTraffic, Inc. Called me.

Molina told me that the degrading information about PushTraffic I found was erroneous. He gave me his personal guarantee that PushTraffic would deliver all that was promised to me, that PushTraffic was a responsible business, and that I would see that from my first coaching session on.

Though quite high pressure, he was very convincing and I agreed to give PushTraffic a trial run.

I tried calling Molina back several times, leaving messages at the two numbers he gave me. He never responded to any of the calls.

During the 28 days between May 14 and June 11 PushTraffic failed to meet coaching sessions two out of the three scheduled sessions. I communicated my dissatisfaction with this inept business practice to Hamilton, customer service representative on May 29 and again on June 11 when the PushTraffic representative failed to call as scheduled.

On June 12 I called Hamilton and demanded the return of the $5000 I paid. He promised to call me back.instead a Michael Fitzpatrick, who said he was PushTraffic's attorney called me.

To sumarize what Fitzpatrick said: PushTraffic had fulfilled and was fulfilling their side of the agreement even though they failed to meet two out of three scheduled sessions, even though I received no information or coaching that would advance my staus in internet marketing, and that I had to choose from three options at that moment and before we ended the telephone call.

The options were:
1) Continue with the coaching sessions with no assurances that there would be any improvements in regards to meeting scheduled apponitments or receiving information that would suit my level of experience in internet marketing.

2) Accept a refund of 15% of the money I paid. He said PushTraffic was entitled to the money regardless of their lack of performance.

3) If I did not accept either option 1 or 2 by the end of the telephone conversation I would get nothing.

Obviously none of the options would be acceptable to anyone with any amount of intelligence.

All of my efforst to settle this matter amicably havebeen unsuccessful. I have made numerous calls and sent letters and have not had the courtesy of a return call. Registered letters have been refused or left unclaimed.

I have been told by one of the PushTraffic personnel that John Raygoza and Mike Fitzpatrick have instructed PushTraffic personnel not to speak to me.

I know of at least a half dozen other people who have been swindled by PushTraffic and John P Raygoza. They need to be put out of business.
