Internet & Web

Class Action Planned against PushTraffic

I was cold-called by Ted Molina who convinced me that PushTraffic would get my business online with full coaching, seminar tickets, web design, traffic, list building, advertising/marketing and more included.

I was charged $US15,000 in 3 lots of $US5,000. The first $5,000 was for 12 months of weekly telephone coaching calls, a "free" website and a ticket to a seminar to be held in Australia 5 months after payment.

In the ensuing 3 months, I was charged 2 further payments of $US5,000 for further services (website design, Search Engine Optimization, 12 months of advertising & marketing services plus 2 more Australian seminar tickets (purportedly valued at $5,000 each), one-on-one coaching with John Paul Raygoza.

- Only a handful of unhelpful coaching calls took place but they were not even remotely related to the topics I discussed with (and were promised by) the salesman.
- I received no website.
- I received no advertising/marketing services.
- No traffic to my existing website (as promised)
- No listbuilding took place (as promised)
- The Australian seminar was canceled by PushTraffic without notice or refund.

My numerous requests for a credit were refused and they suggested I fly from Australia to the US for coaching. That is not what I wanted or paid for.

I have emailed and spoken to a number of PushTraffic personnel (including the CEO, John Paul Raygoza) to no avail. It has been 18 months since my first payment. My credit cards are blown out and the promised return on investment never eventuated.

I have reported this scam to a number of authorities and discussed it with some of the world's top marketers at seminars I have attended since. I have found several other victims in a similar predicament in this country as well as other parts of the world which has prompted me to create a blog containing the full story. I will be collecting as many names as possible with the intention of an FTC class action against PushTraffic.

I have collected several names already. I estimate that the blog will be online and live by the end of June. The blog name is simply pushtrafficscam.com
