Poor service - questionable actions

I bought their leveling service. They assured the support could be total in 39 hours, I had been informed many times throughout the procedure when they didn't finish the support they'd provide a partial reimbursement or free platinum.

At 59 hours, 20 hours past their assured period I approached them-and was informed that it'd be many more hours, probably the following day for once they could be completed. They mentioned the only path to obtain a reimbursement was to obtain a and advance to paypal.

A lot of platinum and products were likewise lacking from my consideration to that they might or wouldn't take into account.
