I ordered the karaoke recorder software from chord studio, inc. It is no good. Asked for refund. Lauren said it was issued. I have no refund yet. Unanswered emails. No physical address on their websites. I emailed the guy Clint from the same company - No reply. I just called them again at the cellular they have listed and left a message. Either they or Paypal needs to refund my money asap. I will get my refund.
