Ripped off! I ordered from their website and they never shipped the items. They don't answer phone calls or emails

I ordered supplements from their site a few weeks ago. I have not received my order and have tried contacting them several times through phone or email. They have not responded so I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have yet to respond to that.

They were very responsive whenever I emailed before I gave them my money. Once they had it, that was it. They disappeared.
