On 10/18/09 I ordered a product from their website for $34.83.By 10/28/09 I had not received the item I ordered nor had I been charged. I sent the "company" an e-mail requesting information concerning the order and did not receive a reply. On 11/27/09 my bank card was charged $34.83 by Big Alpha Dogs and I had yet received my order. I've sent numerous e-mails concerning the charge without receiving any replies and I've attempted to call the company's telephone number, which no one answers.
