Is a rip off

I downloaded and paid for Max Registry Cleaner partly based on their "Guaranteed Satisfaction, 30 Day No Questions Asked" policy. The prgram totally messed up my computer making several programs stop working due to missing files. I removed the program and contacted them immediately. Now, 3 weeks later with multiple emails and contact with them, the refuse to return my money as they advertised they would. Since then, I have found blogs where most people are having the same problem. The software is not as advertised and the company lies about refunding money. Stay away from them!
