Scam me out of 44.90 for registry cleaner. No information after that

I purchased a registry cleaner from registry defense.com to clean my processor for better speed. After the scan it showed errors reported it then directed me to click bank to pay and get a license key number so that i could install the program. The license key number was then invalid. They were suppose to send confirmation to e mail adress but did not. Some of there web pages say expired. I cannot get anybody to answer me via e mail and there is no phone number to contact them.
